It was clean and easy to use parking was no problem wasn't cheap but it was there for us when we needed it

Machines are clean and there is a variety of sizes available

The place and the machines are clean. Price is reasonable. The owner credited us for a machine that was broken.

If you employ a security company, the way they act reflects upon you and it is your responsibility.. If you change the security company after a customer complaint then you are taking responsibility in a positive way. You still need to address the issue with your unhappy customer regardless of how they rate you. Suggest you turn this around by offering compensation by way of a couple of washes to demonstrate your customer concern and not your star ratings. Customer service is not expensive if done in a correct way. As it stands you are liable to lose more business for the sake of being right and saving a few dollars. You can not be successful in any business if you do not care about people. I will be watching for your response before using this service outlet.RESPONSIBILITY = ability to respond to any given situation for the highest good of all concerned.

The quilt I washed came out dirtier than it went in.

Always good to know this laundromat is here. Easy to operate machines that have always worked well on the odd occasion I've been without a washing machine and needed to pop down to use.
