Mechanic, Mobile Tyres in Ormeau - East Coast Mobile Safety Certificates

Avoid this place. Overcharged and didn’t actually fix the issue that we took it into them for. Took to another mechanic which found the issue and fixed it in less than 30 min. No charge. Lady that runs the office is quite rude.

I could not be happier with East Coast Mobile Safety Certificates, within moments of calling Ronnie came to my house and conducted the safety inspection and I had my roadworthy certificate emailed to me faster than other companies took to call me back. Very good service and most highly recommended!!

I ordered 4 new tyres from Tyroola and picked this business to have them fitted and balanced and have a wheel alignment done at my home as they were a mobile service and I have a pretty busy schedule. I can’t recommend the man enough that came and did it all for me. I have been to plenty of places to have tyres replaced and it has never been less than a half day wait. The tyres were fitted, balanced and a wheel alignment was done all in a hour tops and the service was fantastic. Thank you very much East Coast Mobile for a all round excellent service. I will definitely be recommending.

Cannot speak higher of the service of both the ladies at the counter and the mechanic by the name of Shanty.They fit me in for a very short notice road worthy.I will definitely recommend to all!!

We have used East Coast twice now and both times we dealt with Scott. He is so professional and politeand turned up on time so we would certainly recommend East Coast to anyone. Very surprised the price is so similar to a static facility too. Only gave 5 stars because you can't give 6.

Super helpful! I phoned to book a safety certificate for my JetSki trailer, however the helpful gentleman on the phone informed me that this wasn’t necessary for my trailer type (I’m selling it) and all that was needed was an online self assessment - he then proceeded to tell me how to find the form and fill it all out etc.thank you so much :)

Couldn't recommend these guys enough, especially Julian. Top of his class and a wealth of experience and knowledge. Gave me pointers too look out for with my car, and a genuinely good bloke. Will be definitely go back to these guys for any future work

The boys were able to fit me in really quickly for a safety certificate, did a wonderful job whilst my car was in the shop and had great customer service. So much so that my husband then took his car there for a service the next day!!!

Firstly, contractor mechanic (Steve's Mechanical) didn't turn up on date that was confirmed by East Coast office.Secondly, I was only given 30min notice when Mechanic was going to turn up but I wasn't home.Thirdly, I left voicemail for mechanic to call back and explain the fails on safety certificate so that I could arrange a mechanic to undertake relevant repairs. No call back.Fourthly, when I phoned the office to request the call back and complain about lack of communication, the man in office wasn't too concerned and seems inconvenienced to have to figure out who attended my booking because there was no Rego or reference on my invoice which I quoted invoice number for. He supposedly chased up the mechanic to call me but again I got no phone call from the mechanic.They clearly don't have much control over their sub contractors but happy to take immediate payment with little post service customer service.
