Evening Star Tourist Park
Loved our stay. Very picturesque. So much to enjoy-the fire at night, telescope viewing, green surrounds, flora with signs describing use and features. Great owners. Will be back.

We found this gem by pot luck - out of town and it’s a beautiful bush setting - excellent van and camper sites with very clean amenities - hosts Shirley and her sons provide a nightly campfire and damper at sunset- extremely friendly - they do star gazing tours on suitable nights - it’s a must stop place if going through Charleville - have a few bush walks and woodshed to enjoy during your stayHighly recommend staying here for one or 2 nights

A great hidden gem just out of Charleville.Family run farm stay, they are lovely.Spacious areas, drive through sites.Amenities cleanEvening entertainment & damper by the fire.We will definitely be back

Fab free damper around the fire pit, huge site for us. They do their best in the dusty conditions to keep it tidy, but it is outback Queensland after all. Old shearing shed to explore. Night star gazing with a fee, but well worth not having to drive to the cosmos centre.

Love this place. A few k out of town makes it quiet and lovely and dark to do the stargazing here with Greg.Communal fire pit at night with fresh damper and open bar gets everyone chatting.Grounds and amenities very clean and well looked after.Drive through camp spots.Well stocked camp kitchen.Lovely gardens - almost like a small botanic gardens.Staff lovely, very friendly and very helpful.

Evening Star Tourist Park
This is the second time we have stayed at the Evening Star Tourist Park, and it was just as wonderful as the first time.Being there was one of the highlights of our travels. It's clean, well kept sites, very welcoming, great facilities and has the best camp-fire we have ever seen, and their damper is yum!The staff, including Shirley and Craig welcome everyone like family.I can't recommend this place highly enough. ❤️

Evening Star Tourist Park is amazing. The sites are big and very clean. Everyone in welcoming, and it's nice to meet other campers around the fire pit. A must on your trip.
