We received a great, friendly service at 4pm on a Sunday when my partner had a tick bite and needed it removing. The staff lent us a tool to help remove it! The receptionist and nurse were super helpful and very kind people even though it was closing time and quite an unusual request!

They show so much care and love for pets. Our dog loves going there for day care and the groomer does such a great job.

Beautiful clean clinic and attentive, kind, and knowledgeable staff. Was taking my cat and dog there regularly but have stopped as I feel they over charge. Like another reviewer, I took the pets in for a two dose vaccination and was charged a consolation twice. The vet was doing a basic health check on the second visit and I informed them that they'd been checked literally two weeks ago and I had no further concerns, but they continued the examination then charged hundreds of dollars for it. I also brought my cat in for an internal check up and was asked to drop off a urine sample. When I did they tried to charge me a further $90.As much as I liked the clinic there are other vets just as capable and kind who don't sting you with these kinds of charges. Left really disappointed.

From the time we entered, VetMed staff were very attentive to both human and pet. The vets were super caring and totally respectful of the difficulty for the owner of an unwell pet. Service was professional from diagnosis to follow-up consultations and I highly recommend VetMed to anyone who needs vet services.

Best experience I've ever had at a Vet clinic.We hadn't even officially booked and visited yet as we are new to the area but they had our details on file as we notified them and flagged them as our new local. They did a great job registering all of our details and we got a yearly check up reminder from them which was really helpful!When we arrived at our first appointment the vet was running a little bit late but reception were lovely and kept interacting with our dogs and assuring us that the Vet wasn't far away. We were greeted so kindly and felt very comfortable. We were given great advice and walked away feeling very well looked after and our dogs had a blast! So many cuddles and pats. I definitely recommend this Vet clinic to anyone in the area.

Really disappointed in the service here. First I had a vet tell me she wouldn't recommend my dog's breed to anyone (not helpful), when my dog's vaccinations were due I was away on holiday and felt like I was being harassed with texts and emails every other day about it like I had broken a law. I lost a script that was given to me during a consultation and called to have a new one printed out, they acted like it was a huge issue when I went to pick it up and then charged me $27 to reprint the script when I had already paid for the consult. I queried this and they said that's just what the vet said. I couldn't help but feel that I was being punished for saying I would get the medication elsewhere because theirs was around 3 x the price. Safe to say I'm looking for a new vet.

Very good experience. The staff are super friendly and the vet really knows her stuff.
