Store was very untidy. Was quiet instore but staff obviously decided talking was better than cleaning. As for the food, didn't taste fresh. Worse chicken tenders ever seen. No chicken, was pretty just seasoning over gritt.

Although KFC are not classified as healthy foods, one cannot find it desirable to drop off up there and have one or two deserts to satisfy our eatery mania. I did just that. The service there passes to be one of the best after McDonald's. The Atmosphere is usually fantastic at KFC, also the best I should confess.

Small, Dehydrated, Malnourished servings. Burnt and barely edible. Have come to expect nothing less from Kentucky Fried Quails in Minchinbury.

Slow forgetful service ..I've been there before & I find now that I have to double check everything to see if is with the paid order , still I had to ask for aioli sauceMy wife recently got Large Potato & gravy at their Blacktown store & found the staff absolutely hopeless , inconsiderate, cheating & even the Large Potato & gravy had a terrible burnt flavor & they never offered any choice of sauce so she came home minus the Aioli sauce which really disappointed meThis kind of service should not be expected at any KFC storeThe young staff at most KFC stores don't give a hoot at all for CustomersOf a scale of 1 to 10 I rate KFC just 2Dreadful service ..Even while I was waiting for my order a couple had complained their chicken was cold .see ! The service is really hopeless

I wish I could give no stars for this pathetic KFC. Dry and over cooked, small portions, half filled potato and gravy. Staff don't care nor do the managers. Drive through staff are just rude, heaven forbid you ask for a receipt for your purchase. Long wait for product, meanwhile they have packed part of your order and it gets served to you cold.

Have had multiple experiences here over about 5-7 years and I must commend their improvements in the last 18 months. Big improvements in food quality and service. Have had no complaints or errors in my order when ordering through the app. Prior to that we had made a couple of complaints but have had them fixed up on the spot.

My recent experience at KFC, I would say that the food was delicious, but the cleanliness of the restaurant could have been better. Despite seeing a dirty floor at the first takeaway window, I still found the food to be enjoyable, and ultimately gave the restaurant 3 stars. While the messiness of the burger was a bit of a downside, the taste was definitely a highlight. Overall, I think this KFC restaurant has some room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, but the food is still worth trying if you're in the mood for some tasty fast food.

Got the cheap as chips meal and there was only 5 pieces of chicken in the box instead of 8. Ripped me off and ruined my dinner. Not too surprising though. They don't seem to know how to cook or salt chips here either. More fool me for giving them my money. Won't be eating here again. Fellow hungry travellers be warned.
