Blooms The Chemist Colac

My experience at Blooms Pharmacy a few weeks ago, was a pleasant one. When l walked inthere was a young lady attending to a gentleman, she acknowledged me with a smile and nod.Soon after she walked over to me, asked what it was l was after. In no time l had it with a full explanationOf the product and a choice of a cheaper alternative.It was so very refreshing being attended to by a bright, cheerful and well mannered young lady, especially in these horrible times at the moment.I now know her name is Jorjia.So thank you Jorjia for being so curtious to me.RegardsJan Rich.

Visited Blooms on Saturday and like a lot of stores at the moment, short staffed and busy. After getting my scripts I made my way to the checkout where a delightful young lady was serving,, she was serving one customer and wrapping a gift for another, while she was waiting for another lady to finish her purchase she served me with a smile and a cheery word, great job Grace fantastic customer service.

On first name basis with most of this friendly team. Always greeted with a smiling happy staff member. Very comfortable environment.

Helpful n kind Carl is a good n decent human being just a genuine nice guy n it rubs of on the staff I've had a daily rendezvous with this pharmacy n never had a drama

If you haven’t given Blooms Colac a visit since the change of ownership, I strongly recommend you do.With Carl at the helm now, customer service/ satisfaction is his priority. He is friendly and approachable, and willing to help in any way he can.But the very best part for Colac from Bloom’s is the MedAdvisor app!! Absolute game changer!Losing paper prescriptions/ keeping track of your medications/ ordering/ waiting in line… ALL a thing of the past with the app!! The app has all your medication information, when you’re due to refill, tells when you need to see your Dr, AND, you tap what you need, send it through to pharmacy, get a message when it’s ready, and then a quick pick up!All the normal “going to the chemist” frustrations are gone with these free and easy to use app. I cannot recommend it enough!

Such great and caring service from Georgia at Blooms this afternoon. After receiving her generous help, I noticed at the checkout how pleasant the young girls were with other customers. So good to experience such a high level of customer service. Thank you Blooms.

What a turnaround the new owners/staff have made with the pharmacy. It has a lovely caring feel. Staff seem very happy and the service is wonderful. Erin has been fabulous each time along with all the ladies. Well done.

I had to go to Blooms Chemist Colac today to get scripts filled I was very pleased with there fast and efficient service. The lady who looked after me was Elizabeth and I highly recommend her she is very good at her job. I will be using this chemist again. Yvonne.
