DO NOT ENROL HERE!!! BE WARNED!!!I wish I could give zero stars.48 hours after completing my course, my certificate was still not emailed to me, which meant I could possibly lose shifts.No one answers their phone, or responds to voicemail messages.No one answers the emails you send...I literally had to threaten to show up at one of their classes while it was underway and make a scene for them to email my certificate to me.NEVER AGAIN. ZERO STARS.

Staff are rude and imperative instructions are not clearly communicated. Took a day off from work and arrived to the course 3 minutes behind schedule due to traffic to be met with a locked door and only to be told over the phone “you should have been there 15 minutes early, nothing we can do”. Poor customer service in my opinion. If it’s so important to start at that specific time, the start time online should reflect a start time 15 minutes prior to course commencement. Unfortunately they have just lost a good customer with access to a large network of individuals that require first aid and CPR for their work. Do not recommend.

I have done 2 courses here now - the trainers are excellent with a wealth of knowledge. People complaining they weren't let in because they were late can't read - it clearly states on their website at the time of booking to be early and that you won't be admitted after 9am because they can't restart the course to suit every late comer - perhaps leaving earlier would be more beneficial than leaving a negative review for something that is your fault.

Unprofessional bullies. Was locked out of Enoggera rooms for being 5 mins late, having travelled across Brisbane in peak hour traffic. Sent a formal letter of complaint and have never received a reply. Dodgy as.

The phone is never answered. Wait times for a reply to emails takes a month.Quoted 3 days for certificate to be emailed. Finally after 3 emails in one day, I recieved it!Communication is rude at best.Choose a different institute.

I have tried contacting First Aid International by phone and via email since March 2022 to follow up a course that was booked for our staff member. He turned up on the scheduled day and there was no trainer there. It is now June 2022 and they still have our payment, and have not contacted us back. Very poor service.

Buyer beware!If anyone is in brisi needing to do first aid or cpr or any of those sorts of things - DO NOT go to “first aid international”I asked the question “why does the homepage say $95 and then the booking page say $115 for the first aid and cpr course?”I tried to ring them and get a quick answer. I was met with a simple phone message that basically said every possible question someone would ask. Except this question, so I left a message.I then followed up with an email incase that phone service was unmonitored. (Despite multiple tries they still have never answered it). I stated in this email that based on reviews of the buisness saying they do not give refunds, that I would wait for a reply before booking.I was then phoned back and told that different days are different prices. And thats just how it is (Im putting it nicely, the tone of what was said was not positive. The whole conversation was seemingly an inconvenience for the woman on the phone).Knowing this and that I did not want to spend more money and I would then have had to wait for a different date and then wait a week or two for the certificate to be processed (based on previous experience with this company - yes i was a returning customer - never again). This would have my current one expire so this did not work for me.So i calmly told the woman on the phone “thank you for the information. I will be going elsewhere”.The reply from the woman was “thank you for being so rude” and then having the phone slammed in my ear.The place i have chosen to go is further from my home and slightly more expensive. Even at this point its worth the extra effort and cash!I phoned the number back and told the message bank how I did not appreciate being treated so poorly and unprofessionally. Honestly I never thought they would even listen to it. I was civil in what i said but after that treatment, i did give them my opinion of their customer service.I was then sent an email which stated they were busy and which had not even been spell checked before sending.In other words: They were too busy to give a dam about a potential customer or group of customers. They had no idea how many people they had just lost.I did nothing to be accused of being rude and I would have thought saying “thank you for the information” was the opposite of being rude? and stating “I will be going elsewhere” is a quick and polite way to say that. It makes no difference to them if their dates, times and prices don’t align with my availability or funds and I didn’t think returning a potential customer’s phone call was too much out of a customer service representative’s way.Also worth noting I did my CPR course here last year. It wasnt the best cpr course I had ever done. Even then, but then again I booked online as the price matched the advertised price and I didnt have a reason to communicate with them last year.Needless to say: I wont be back and neither will several people i work with who have already booked with me elsewhere.“CARE - customers are really everything” (a quote from my first ever employer) something this company is to busy for. Their loss I suppose.

I do not recommend this company. Wish I’d read these reviews before booking.Management don’t seem to have a concept of ‘Customer service’ if anything doesn’t go to plan. Horrible attitude towards my issues one of which was for a partial refund as I paid $60 for a CPR course that was then advertised at $45. Weeks later still waiting for a proper response.Ended up using a different organisation to get my CPR. Actually got to speak to someone and turns out they were cheaper.

Easy to book a course. Nothing wrong with the course. But if you need the certificate Urgently for work then DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. No one answers the phone at any hour of the day and they do not reply to emails until after their 48hours to hand a certificate. Every other RTO can provide a certificate once the course is completed, these guys take 48 hours.
