A FIT LIFE By Tonya
A fantastic exercise group. I was looking for a group class with a coach who takes care in making sure I’m doing each exercise properly and some nice people to make the task as enjoyable as possible. I’ve definitely found this with Tonya. I’m in my 3rd week and so happy each class is different to mix it up and work every muscle group along with focusing on my overall fitness. Highly recommend :)
