My 14 year old Rheem electric heater started to leak over the Easter. I called around quite a few places, eventually settled on Hills Hot Water, whom provided the most competitive quote.Vic, who's a local of Castle Hill, had the new water system delivered and came around the following Tuesday morning. As well as being knowledgeable and professional, Vic was very friendly, patient and very easy to talk to.While Vic got to work replacing the hot water system, we had a chat but some of the other plumbing issues in the house and he gave me some valuable advice on how I might be able to do some DIY - I recently moved into a relatively old house and there's been some water hammering issues.The brand new hot water system has been installed and we now have hot water again! Vic's even installed insulation around all the piping to conserve energy... something I was considering DIY'ing but never got around to.Overall I HIGH RECOMMEND Vic's services if you are looking for someone friendly and someone who'll getting the job done right!

Vic installed hot water for me a year ago. Service was great, explained everything in detail and executed with care. Was responsive whenever I had questions post installation tooHighly recommend.

Found our hot water leaking. Called up a number of places. Vic returned my call promptly and came within an hour as promised. He replaced our hot water. The price is quite reasonable and the work was done professionally. We highly recommended him to anyone needs to do similar work.

Vic came and fixed my hot water system and only need to replace the element. I am absolutely satisfied and appreciate his honesty and great work. I would absolutely recommend him for any hot water system work.Previously I had Omega home services to come to fix my system and I was told the unit can’t be fixed and he try to sell me a new system. A new rheem 315l hot water, he was going to rip me off by quoting me $3000. What a con artist company. I can get one for half the price he quoted me. Warning. Never use Omega home services.If anyone need work done or buy a new hot water system. Call Vic first. I guarantee he will help you out and give you the best service and best price for a new system.

Hot water system was leaking big time Friday night. Called Vic because of his past reviews and i'm glad i did. I called him 7am Sat morning and by 9am he was installing our new system. An honest, knowledgeable tradesman who does a great job at a fair price.

Great service Vic and Aaron! Came on Sunday. It meant a lot having back hot water on a cold day. Highly recommended.

Hot water tank decided to pack in and we decided to explore our options of moving to an instantaneous water system. We spoke to Vic and he advised us against it as our house was plumbed for mains pressure so given the piping and the length of the runs we would have a decreased water pressure for our hot water especially if multiple people were using taps or showers. Vic and Aaron came over the same day and fitted a new tank and tempering valve as per government guidelines. Fast, reliable, excellent workmanship, all in all I can't fault them, they come highly recommended..!

I had a great experience with Hills Hot Water - Aaron was VERY professional and friendly. He explained the process clearly to me, so i could understand the problem with my Hot Water System and gave me plenty of options. He was not pushy at all. Great customer service.
