I thought I would need to spend big money for a new laptop for my project, trying to chuck away my slow i5 Dell Laptop with Windows 8. After I called the Microcomp technician, I was advised to have my laptop upgraded to SSD hard drive and latest Wndows 10 64bit for only $250. My Dell laptop is now working like a new one. I highly recommend this computer service to all my friends and relatives! The shop also sells the best refurbished laptops with good specs, at reasonable prices, and with very good warranty. A++++++

My son's laptop was stomped on at school and had a crushed screen and hinge was damaged completely. It was reallyunrepairable. Bill managed to order a new original HP touch screen and repaired it completely. He did advise there was no guarantee but he fixed this up amazingly. I would recommend him to anyone. Strongly recommended for great quality service. Took my laptop in for its first fan cleaning in 6-7 years. The cleaning is harder than average because the keyboard and palm rest need to be removed to access the fan. Bill finished the job in a couple of hours and reassembled my laptop with no problems - keyboard and trackpad work fine. According to CrystalDiskInfo, my laptop HDD reached 55-60 C while browsing the internet before cleaning. Now it is 45-50 C. The difference is also obvious from just touching the palm rest.

The technician is highly qualified and he pin pointed my laptop issue and fixed it up on the same day, running better than a new laptop now. Simply the best service I have ever had. And strongly recommended to all my mates!

Bill really saved the day. Fixed my laptop hinge issue and went out of his way to get extra parts and tools without extra charge! Best of all the initial service price was honored although some extra work required.

This was absolutely the best place you can ever go to. John, assembled my entire gaming PC and it looks absolutely beautiful. He also stayed outside while I was waiting for my uber and did not leave until I drove off. He is an absolute legend!!
