I’ve been seeing Dan for the most part of the year after being introduced to him almost 2 years ago. I reached out to TPM to help with S&C on the bike and generally just help improve my physical strength and flexibility. Dan definitely makes going to the gym enjoyable even though he pushes you to your limits, what more do you want. As a bonus he’s also very knowledgeable in biomechanics which is a major advantage when it comes to finding the slightest edge over your competitors. If I could, I’d rate him 10/10! Keep up the good work mate.

Dan is a great coach. He’s coached us through powerlifting and Olympic lifting, and each time we had better results than we could have expected. His approach to coaching is awesome - balancing technique with constantly pushing you to test yourself. He’s helped me work through multiple old shoulder and knee injuries to be lifting heavier than I have ever before. If you’re looking for a coach that will work with you to achieve your goals, you’ve found him!

He is flexible around the realities of work and life, and retains his passionate enthusiasm with clients even after training together for years. Dan is a great coach! Ive been training with him for six years and love the knowledge and passion he brings as a S&C coach. He invests a lot of thought and care in tailoring programs, so goal setting and training are super motivating and fun. Daniel is professional and couples his excellent anatomical knowledge and academic acumen with superb programming skills to deliver personalised coaching programs for his clients.I have battled through 10 years of hip pain and within 6 months, Daniel’s strength coaching had alleviated that. As a physio I would recommend Daniel for people at all ends of the fitness spectrum with full trust in his programming, passion and drive to succeed.Although this review may be even better if he put me on the rower/airdyne less :)

Training with Dan for many years, as an amazingly helpful adjunct to cycling and racing. Dan has helped improve strength and power, and overall efficiency on the bike. Dan is excellent in identifying weaknesses that need correcting as well, and this helps prevent injury. Also great in identifying and helping athletes with overtraining; or vice versa, helping identify areas that need more work. Dan is a fantastic coach and mentor!

Dan is an great strength and conditioning coach. When I first started training I had no idea what a barbell was. But through his expertise in understanding how the body moves, he has helped me achieve unbelievable results! Highly recommend!
