We have had a lot dealings with Real Estate agents over the years, selling two houses, a piece of land and the purchases of three homes. We approached Nicole to manage our investment property as we were having some issues with the lack of communication and management by our current property manager, and I have to say it was the best decision we made to switch to Vogue! I've recently moved out of a rental property that was managed by Nicole at Vogue Real Estate and I can not say one bad word about the interactions, professionalism and overall relationship that was built up over the past 2 years. Nicole was not only professional in her approach to dealing with any issues raised, but as I unfortunately contracted Covid right when I had given my notice to move out, Nicole not only accommodated my needs and allowed me to extend out until my quarantine period ended, she called me regularly to touch base and see how I was actually coping as I lived alone. What other real estate offers such a personalised and caring service....? I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent or require management of their investment properties.
