We used William Murnane Real Estate to sell my mothers unit. William was very helpful with regard to sale process. He helped us prepare for the sale and presented us with a good sale plan. So much so that the property was sold within two weeks. He kept us informed through the process and we found it to be a very stress free experience. We highly recommend William.

Although I can't speak for any dealings regarding William in real estate per se, I can remark notably on his generosity with the use of his 'Murnane Real Estate Courtesy Trailer'. The free use of this well maintained robust roadworthy trailer has been a gift. It has truly allowed us to manage some life circumstances with an ease that would otherwise have been costly. If I could give no stars I would.. this number contacted me, I've never had any dealings with them yet they had my number. It's not the first time real estate agents are cold calling me, how are they harvesting our numbers and spamming people????So I got a response from Murane asking me to contact them to remove my details, but first you tell me here how you got my details in the first place???? I'm pretty careful with my details so I want some honesty. And in response to bring on the do not call register" do you think I would be so cross about your spam call if I wasn't on it?????"

Olivia and William have been amazing in helping us sell my mums house and assisting with her move to a retirement home. Olivia is honest, caring and the most genuine real estate agent I have ever met. Courtesy TrailerAs I was on my early morning walk along the Esplanade in Mornington I saw a car trailer with “Murnane Real Estate Courtesy Trailer” written in bold on it’s caged side. Really??? I rang the advertised mobile number and William Murnane replied. “Yes feel free to use it whenever”. I have and it has been a very generous offer. It is an excellent trailer to use. Thank you William. I was informed that the trailer is also to help his clients to move in and out of rental properties and also sellers and purchasers. Had the pleasure of meeting William during a very difficult time ageing parents in to care. William was amazing to deal with, nothing was ever an issue. The follow up & communication was spot on. Every conversation would start asking how my parents were coping with the changes. On hearing of my Dad’s passing he went out of his way to drop flowers off for my Mum. Last night after something hadn’t been done William came around and fixed the issue personally. It’s not about the sale at Murnane Real Estate they CARE.
