Absolutely disgusted, had a Brocken down truck in port Augusta that wouldn’t started, called these guys out to investigate the issue. The mechanic looked for about 20mins testing the battery’s and fuses then requested it needed to be Towed! After calling another mechanical shop their technician found the fault in about 10mins ( Brocken ignition wire at key barrel) The north east mechanic couldn't be bothered to investigate and lacked a lot of needed knowledge! The company then sent me a minimum 3 hour charge $550 for an easy fix they couldn’t find. Very poor service, don’t recommend

Shout out of many thanks to Aaron in the parts department who quickly sorted out new wiper blades for a couple of ladies travelling in our Motor home. He also fixed a problem with our drivers seat. All for zilch. Much appreciated, well done.

The customer service I received at this dealership was the best I have ever received.They saw I was travelling with my family and secured a loan car for us.The workshop discussed with me the issue and made sure it was understood before conducting work which was done in a reasonable time frame and price.Always served with a friendly smile.

There are moments in your life when you know it does not get any better than this. Don from North East Port Augusta Isuzu was the main reason for me feeling this way when I got my new Ute. Customer service was at a level I have never seen, very smooth transition of getting my car and dealing with Don and driving home sum 1200k. very happy and very thankful Ute is awesome .

We are in the area while travelling from NSW and had an issue with a hinge on the canopy on our D-Max. We called in unannounced in the hope of some some assistance and we’re treated to fantastic service. Our issue was sorted while we waited in the customer lounge. The attitude and commitment of the lady in Service (sorry didn’t get her name) and the Service crew was first class, and we couldn’t recommend this dealership more highly!
