Called them last week about getting my car fixed here to be told that yes they were able to do what I needed done. I booked it in with them for first thing in the morning only to be told after dropping it off that they will have it mosy of the day as they need to take elsewhere to get the problem diagnosed in order to give quote on the cost and how long it will take to get repaired.Decided not to go through with the work needing done due to amount it was going to cost.Upon collecting my vehicle I asked where my car was taken to get the diagnosis done because I was in the understanding that it would be getting repaired where I had booked it and taken it, but no it was taken to a competitor that is local who I had taken a previous vehicle to to have the exact same repair done only to find out they weren't able to fix the issue yet still charged me for repairs.If I wanted that company to do what needed doing to my car done then I would have booked it with them.

My ute had a few problems and the guys mananged to fix them all very quickly. Communication was excellent throughout giving me updates and pricing. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Michael took the time to explore multiple options prior to my arrival and then explained the pros and cons of each option. Unfortunately I have an intermittent issue with my car and fully understand the challenges are that. Car got a general service for a reasonable price, they were very open and honest with options should the issue reoccur and pricing to take to a specialist with tools to diagnose. Would use again.

New car owner with older falcon, needed front end work. I’m always hesitant when going to mechanics as most take you like you know nothing and try add in extra things.The team at Everything Auto are the complete opposite, giving you a detailed explanation to what’s wrong and what needs to be done going forward. They’re very open, friendly, flexible and most importantly they know what they’re talking about. I’d highly recommend seeing the team for any mechanical needs.Regards.
