Not good customer service ask for a size not on the stand straight away we don't have it without even looking or checking ...service is toooooooo slow only one register all the time not the vest

Merrylands store is NEVER open the trading hours listed online...NEVER!!! Yeah is was OK and understandable during COVID but common, nearly everytime I go there they have ALREADY closed!! Went Saturday 24/9 online says 5pm, had closed and I got there about 4pm!!!

My wife bought 1 top and 1 pair of shorts which were on sale on Friday the 4th March 2022 at Millers Merrylands. On Saturday she returned to the same store to get 1 size larger on the same product so it was just a simple quick exchange. The 2 “customer service “ employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful and cited store policy even though my wife had the receipt and it was just getting a quick exchange. Unbelievable that they could be so apathetic and was told “ just give it to your Daughter to wear”. From Millers clothing range ?? Our Daughter is barely a teenager. Shame on you. We will NEVER go back to Millers after today.

Today Wednesday the 2nd I walked in Merrylands’s miller’s Shop the lady behind the counter was very rude with no manners. I picked a top from 20.00 rack when checking out she said it’s $25.00, I showed her the rack with $20.00 tack. She went and picked all 3 same colour tops and hanged to 25.00 rack and said Oh customers must have hanged it there. I said if one top we can understand but three top hanging on the top shelf behind the white tops. She was so rude saying do you want it or no. I told her no.I think she needs some manners and do customer service course. There are so many good people who can work better then her.
