All the plants I’ve bought from Garden Express have grown beautifully . Parcels are packed so well & as I live over 300 ks from where they have been sent this is important .Recently purchased 2 Sundae Fraise Hydrangeas & within few days buds appeared ( Didn’t expect they would flower until next year as it is Autumn here) So thrilled . ) Also love the flowers on my Bailmer The Original Hydrangea I purchased few weeks ago too ! My order was for Regale Trumpet Lilium Pink Perfection however when the bulbs flowered they were Red Morning Lilium. In a small garden a change in colour makes a difference. I contacted Garden Express and explained the problem. They said they only replace the orders where they have made a mistake within 6 months. I explained it took a year for these bulbs to bloom - they didn't bloom the first season. They emailed they would replace them. That was mid January. I emailed them again. Nothing has arrived. I bought over $400 worth of bulbs from Garden Express in a one-month period. Expected better customer service!

I was worried about the condition if the plants I ordered after I read some of the reviews. It's my first order with garden express. I received my order today. It was packed rather well. And all the plants are alive and look healthy.

I have had 2 orders of bare root roses and have been really pleased with the healthy robust plants sent in expert packaging and rapid delivery time

The Garden Express team are very helpful if you have a query about a certain plant. Their online store is also very good. Service is fantastic with order usually received within a couple of weeks.I purchased some plants in the past couple of months (2x Daphne plants and 8 Zygo Catcus) that came potted and was a little concerned as to how they would arrive via Australia Post but that were very well packed so protected from any breakages; even though Australia Post drivers do not know which way is Up.

I'm a frequent customer of Garden Express. Fast shipping, reliably good quality plants and bulbs. More affordable than the big green shed. This is where I get my plant fix when I can't get to a local nursery.

I so love recieving my plants from Garden Express, they arrive in perfect condition. Have never had to worry about damage or dried out plants. I bought 4 Anthuriums and I couldn't be happier

Absolutely fantastic.A great range of seasonal products of just about every kind you could hope for.Great specials in their newsletters also which give you the jump on new products before they are officially released on the website.Have ordered heaps of plants from them over the years for a number of homes, everything has been well shipped and arrived on-time, intact, and alive! Plus there’s the added bonus of their guarantee/warranty, which I’ve thankfully never needed to use as everything has grown and taken to the new homes perfectly.Much better varieties of edible produce compared to other retailers also, that was a massive bonus during the COVID lockdowns as it gave me something extra to be able to do while stuck at home.
