Robert Pragt was so good with my dog, he was gentle and kind and did a great job

His surname says it all.No bedside manner, should not be in customer service.Would not recommend.

Robert groomed my little Benny today. Benny has high anxiety and hates being groomed, particularly his legs. Robert was so kind and patient with him and I am very happy with the results. Thanks Robert!

Robert is absolutely wonderful with the dogs. He washes our three dogs regularly. One of our dogs has anxiety issues and tends to bite people. Robert worked with her to the point where we no longer have issues when he grooms her.

After I rang them to make a booking, the operator told me Paul" would ring me to make an appointment. After waiting for a phone call for the last week I have been deafened by the silence!!"

I asked if was possible to have my dog brushed and not bathed. I was told this wouldn't be an issue and was assured I would receive a call from my local groomer. Up until this point I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service received. I received a call from Robert Pragt who was both condescending and unhelpful. When I asked Mr Pragt about having my dog professionally brushed he asked why I couldn't do it myself. I said that's all good and told him I would be taking my business elsewhere to which I received an exasperated huff and the words "well alright then". Disappointing as I had such an incredible experience with the reception staff. I would not recommend this service."
