Having attended several events at Lure over the last 12 months, I find the venue is simply stunning. The views over the marina in the evening are just magic. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a contemporary, up market venue to hire in the Whitsundays.

I've visited Lure on two occasions, once for a special chefs dinner and as a guest to a friends wedding. I thoroughly Lure and all it has to offer. Where else can you get a view like that in Airlie beach? The food was delicious and they put so much effort into their presentation and service. I would highly recommend this venue if you're looking to get married. Keep an eye out for one of their specialty nights... It's well worth the ticket price and a great opportunity to check out the ladies toilet decor.

I have had the pleasure of experiencing Lure's beautiful facilities and customer service from a guest's perspective as well as an event organisor. In booking this venue, the team provide constant communication and support - over and above your expectations. In attending events as a guest I have always very much looked forward to the Lure experience - the facility is beautiful, classy and elegant in visual appeal. The service is faultless and the food never ceases to delight! I would highly recommend Lure to anyone thinking of attending - or staging - an event. I have no doubt you will enjoy your experience!

Having such an incredible venue in our marina village is a huge asset to our organisation. We regularly host business events, staff training, networking functions, events for our marina customers at Lure. The food, service, decor and ambiance are all first-class and we would highly recommend this as a venue of choice in the Whitsundays.

I often have the pleasure of attending functions at Lure at Abell Point Marina. This beautiful venue is outstanding and caters for small gatherings, presentations and weddings. The design and views are world class, with great service, food & bar facilities. The view out over the marina any time of the day is amazing, with sunsets that take your breath away. I would highly recommend Lure to anyone planning an event and to experience the absolute best in town.

such a great place to stay, short walk to the main street. breakfast was the best, and fast, breakfast staff were unreal, super friendly, and they work so hard. we had a lovely dinner and that was quality fine dining at its best, hats off to the chef/ kitchen staff. rooms were clean, pool party was the best. will definitely stay there again, highly recommend, cheers lynn/mark
