Coles Doncaster

The staff named mona has a bad attitude, she really ruined my good impression of coles

Busy and yet not crowded, I was able to surf the Isles with no hindrance and pass through the self-service with no delays.

I had some issues with online shopping , they have responded positively and rectified the situationI will continue to use this service and hopefully they will be better

Larger than average Coles inside Doncaster Shopping Centre. Everything in a normal Coles plus a clothing section as well. Main negative at Doncaster Shopping Town is that after 3 hours you have to pay for parking, so be careful!

I have been shopping at Coles Westfields for 7 years now and was served by the most beautiful customer service lady at the front counter . Her name was Mona and would have to honestly be the most helpful and kind and courteous woman I have ever had the privilege to meet at Coles. This lady should be trained as Store manager as she was serving customers at Checkout and also looking after the front desk for cigarettes and refund and any enquiries and was so busy , yet she had the time to help my little very old father who need some help with a price on a product. I stood back and watched her treat my father with so much respect and kindness. Mona should get a award for har hard work looking after so many different areas and sometimes abusive people who are in a rush and she is so kind and professional to them all. I watched a man be so rude to her because Coles didn't have a certain product and then he abused her and she just apologized and said sorry and I wouldnt off been so nice myself. Mona should be trained into management and given more money as she is a clear leader and highly professional. Outstanding young lady , I think she is Indian and should be the face of Coles as she looks like a model and has the skills to run her own store. I will always shop at Coles because of Mona. Thank you for looking after my 92 year old Father.

It is quite big store, lots of asian products were available, a young aussie girl at selfcheck out was very friendly. Parking was very easy and enough spots were available because of the location.

They have replaced staffed checkouts with self service, and staff hover around customers while customers pack their own groceries. Not a good look and not good customer service.

Lots of necessary things to buy for multiple purposes with acceptable price.
