Excellent service very happy with there professionalism

No no no !!Do not use this company for any real work that requires expertise. Fine to buy equipment off or take orders but other than that run !! Gavin is so busy and unorganised you’ve got less than buckles chance of getting him on your boat to complete work or even do a quote and most of this stems from his receptionist who’s attitude is one of the worst I’ve seen in this industry.When asking for parts, quotes and timeframes we were literally laughed at not to mention when Gavin forgot to attend a scheduled appointment and upon ringing the front desk Danielle laughed at me through the phone and said “get used to it”We had equipment tested after a lightning strike and we’re told it was beyond repair and new parts were required. After taking said equipment to another company all was working perfectly and re installed less than a week later. Quotes for parts from Danielle never came and when asked if she could source parts the reply “dunno” followed multiple times.One of the worst marine trades we’ve ever dealt with.
