They’re appraisals are realistic and researched. And at no point did we get any pressure to accept any offers or reduce the price. They’re opinions were based on facts and honest. Albeit in a challenging market, they offered the facts and left the decision to you.This service was also on a sale which was by no means a high value listing for them in terms of commission.
