Axolotl incorrectly wrote down the measurement of a glass panel, from the glazier and created the wrong size panel. I have accepted partial responsibility, but I have spoken to the MD who refuses to accept any responsibility for the mistake they made, so we are unable to reach any compromise. Further to that it took an unanswered email and three promises of return calls before I could get to this.
