Just another eBay drop shipper.. Order from a reputable eBay seller and cut this dodgy business out of the middle...AND HES JUST CANCELLED THE REFUND

Thanks to PayPal I found out my order had been refunded. I ordered a monitor, perhaps a suggested alternative to my order would have been a nice service.☹️

Showed they have in stock a webcam. Tried calling the number listed, didn't answer, I should have just left it at that, went and visited their factory? which appeared to possibly have over-the-counter sales. 1 person working behind a desk, advised they may not have the item because they also ship from NSW. Didnt have the webcam in stock which I wanted, instead tried to sell me one twice the price. Not a great experience, would have been willing to support smaller business, but went to Officeworks instead, bought one off the shelf.Good luck with what I can only describe as a 'startup'.

I mistakenly ordered and took delivery of a brand-new modem-router from PCLIVE which was not compatible with my NBN internet account. My error, but PCLIVE offered to take it back and refund 95% of what I paid, although they could no longer sell it as brand-new. This was a most generous offer and I commend them for this. They are obviously a business with customer care at the forefront and of high integrity.

Excellent price for a TP Link Mesh solution. Owner called when it arrived to the shop and allowed an after hours pickup. Great experience. Will shop with them again.

Bought a New hard drive did not work at all customer service useless had to wait 10 still did not receive a replacement. On asking for refund ended up getting 8$ less I would not recommend their service.
