Cassidi and Connor are easy to work with and were accommodating and patient throughout the process. We’re very happy with our wedding photos and video clips of our special day. The photo booth was a hit with our guests at our reception.

We used Cloud imagery for the live stream of the ceremony and receptionCeremony:-No sound for live stream, outdoors (low upload rate?)-1 camera used, not 2, therefore important moments missed like bride walking down the aisle-No video footage has been recorded as per protocol and therefore couldn't replay video footage with sound-Crew was late, delayed start of ceremonyReception:+staff phoned manager to fix above mentioned issues-delayed start of reception+Sound for live stream, indoors at same location+2 cameras were usedCassidi listened to the issues we had and promised to make changes to their protocols to avoid future disappointments. We were compensated for the issues.

I recently booked Cloud Imagery to take photos of my studio concert, and was so impressed by their services! Great communication previous to the event about what we were looking for, prompt attendance on the day and subsequently wonderful photos and videos of all performances (and way more photos than I initially expected)! Would highly recommend this team!

Absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. We paid over $4k for our wedding photography and we received our photos and videos well after 6 months of the wedding. The contract stated that it would take 30 business days. After multiple phone calls and emails had gone unanswered, I was genuinely starting to worry that these guys had run off with my money. When we were told it was taking long because they needed info from us (such as background music for the video) it was done on a follow up call from us 4 months later. I requested one revision to the video which was removal of a couple of seconds but that doesn’t warrant a 6-month delay. I cannot explain how unprofessional these guys have been… I have now received my package which was not delivered as per the contract (unmarked package NOT sent via Auspost with a tracking number which we were billed for) and tried on multiple occasions to call but I am convinced they have blocked mine and my partner’s numbers. Hopefully they see this review and respond to our last email, and I guess this is the only way I can let them know that we have proceeded in filing an official consumer complaint. They have made no attempt to rectify the situation and if I could give 0 stars I would.

We had such a fantastic experience using Cloud Imagery to live stream our wedding ceremony. Unfortunately many of our family members couldn’t attend as they live overseas but thanks to Cloud Imagery they were able to watch our ceremony live or rewatch the video over the next month. The quality of the video was awesome- so many of our overseas family messaged us telling us how much they loved being able to be a part of it in some way. Communication with Connor was great, very clear and helpful with all my questions. And great organisation with the link and password to our live stream being sent to our overseas family. We also loved being able to watch our ceremony the next day! Highly recommend!

We are so happy that we booked Cloud Imagery Live Stream for our wedding day. Our family and friends who couldn’t make it on the day, were delighted with the quality of the video and audio. Also, it was such a bonus to have a professional video of our wedding day. I highly recommend Cloud Imagery, they were: professional, attentive to detail, excellent communicators and great value. :)

Connor and his team live streamed our wedding on the 22/2/22 from Nedlands yacht club.They arrived early. Set up. Did a fantastic job and were excellent to work with.Great communication leading up to the event aswell!Highly recommended service to help loved ones be there even if they can’t physically be there.Thanks for capturing the special moment for us!

I used Cloud Imagery for my wedding after meeting Conor at a wedding expo. He was our contact throughout the process but what a disappointing experience. I got my wedding photos and videos in the last days of November after my early May wedding. Conor gave me every excuse under the sun including going away, having a baby, getting covid and not having electricity for a week. I can sympathise with the fact that things happen or go wrong, and I can be forgiving to a certain extent but at the end of the day, I paid (a lot) for a service and I expect to get what I paid for - or at the very least, I expect to be notified when there will be a delay and a new expected date of delivery. Instead, I was told that they needed more time after a phone call or email following up on progress. They never took the initiative to contact us first on any occasion besides when the payment was due and to tell my wife one day before the wedding that the initial staff that were to attend the wedding were going to be replaced due to personal reasons. Full disclosure: my wife requested for 5 seconds of a video to be removed and replaced but this took a further couple of months to action on their part and they alluded to the fact that this was a paid revision “but we’ll let it go for you”. As if that was the least they could do. This company expected me to pay all the money upfront before the service was provided – what a mistake.
