Holiday Inn Parramatta
I have been choosing this hotel for business staying for the last 5 years and have been very happy with the overall quality of the rooms, service and location. The hotel allows you to get food from outside and offers cutlery if needed. Reception staff are friendly and flexible. Breakfast options are good, however I would suggest they should add some variations on the menu as having dame breakfast for weeks could be monotonous.

Holiday Inn Parramatta
We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Anderson St for my birthday. I'd like to thank the staff for going out of their way to make my birthday extra special. The staff were friendly and helpful, catering to our every need. The room was very comfortable with views back toward Parramatta. Thank you for a wonderful stay ☺️☺️

Holiday Inn Parramatta
Tired. This establishment has been at this for too long. It needs a full refresh and needs to be dragged into the modern era. Rooms are comfortable but old. Bathrooms need to be redone. The hotel is bearable but the owners need to reinvest in this place. Well situated.
