Planned a nice out with friends. Got into the room and the machine was only playing Chinese, the staff did help and eventually after 55 minutes put us in a different room. Then we were put in another room where the machine didn’t work. They offered us the aux? Bit ridiculous for $170? Like are you kidding.. wouldn’t go here again. So disappointed and appalled at the service.

We had yumcha there and food was okay because it took awhile to come out. When it came to billing, 3 dishes were charged although it never came to our table. I told the servers we have not received it and the servers said kitchen marks the order off as they are made and they tried to make me pay for 3 dishes I did not eat. I had to argue with them and tell them to check my table to count the plates received vs plates ordered, until a senior staff advised to remove it off our bill. The service left a bad after-taste.

Lovely food and service. I say that because I’ve had three really nice dishes here however the seafood noodles tasted awful in my opinion. however very disappointing that I arrived at 5 o’clock and I waited a bit after and you were still closed there were workers going outside for a break and I asked what was going on and they said it should be opening soon but I wasn’t going to wait an hour

My sister booked well in advance a VIP room. We waited for our room for 10mins and the staff were obviously stressed. They had over booked and we had a group of 12. They finally placed us in a room and then 5 mins later they come in and asked us to leave the room and they told us to move to room 4. We leave and move to room 4 but it was just a storage room. 12 of us stood in the hallway for 10 mins while they run around trying to sort it out. At first they gave us a large room but then moved us to a smaller room that obviously was not VIP. When my sister asked if it was VIP they said yes so she never got her money back. It Felt like they just put us in that room since they didnt have any other rooms. Never going back there again. Very unprofessional.

Not amused with the arcade, quite a few machines not working, no prize machines working, the workers aren't even working!

If you are wanting to go to karaoke go to the city or someone else!!! Terrible customer service! rooms did not work at all and went to two,!requested a refund multiple times and was ignored DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Had a booking but went in and waited over an hour for our broken machines to be fixed . Got moved to a different room and same issue , very disappointed at the services provided , very dodgy

The room was ok but dirty. The bathrooms though… the must discussing thing I have ever seen. Hundreds of mosquitos, the smell, the trash was falling on the floor, you could tell they haven’t been cleaned in several days and it just makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the place. Total health hazard that level of filthiness.
