I would never recommend this conveyancer to anyone. Lynette is very unprofessional and doesn't inform you of all of the important conditions of your contract like for example sunset clauses . Because of this omission we signed up a builder and ended up loosing a lot of money because after a year of signing the contract to purchase the land and hadn't settle, that's when she informed us of our sunset clause which she told us was 24 months but in actual fact it was 48 months..Every thing seems to be and effort and a bother to her when you call her to ask for an update or if she could make some calls to find out information. She was quite rude on some occasions telling me not to ring her that she would ring me.Trust me she may be cheap but shes nasty and it could cost you a lot more at the end.Don't bother.

I have used Lynette for all the properties I have bought and sold. She is good at what she does and will get the job done. Obviously sometimes there may be circumstances beyond her control during the buying/selling process which she shouldn't be blamed for.
