Not a bad bloke helped me out at the start but gave me a quote around 300 I took my car there two weeks later to get everything done he told me it would be ok to pick up the next day I also called him that day at lunch to make sure it was all good to pick up at 3.30 he said it was okay but when I arrived there he told me he hadn’t even started it which was annoying since I had to pay for an Uber to get there. The next day when I picked up my car instead of the 300 dollars I was told he had charged me just short of 600 dollars which I didn’t even have in my account because I got told a much lower number two weeks earlier. He is a nice bloke tho I just feel he is very unorganised

Useless. They don't know how to use their booking system or open on time... then when you prove that you have booked they insist that you haven't.

The WORST experience I have ever had at a mechanic. Rob takes on way too much at a time and is poor with time management. Had my car here for 2 weeks and spent over $600 for him to tell me he had only just found the issue which was simple and could have easily been detected by someone who knew what they were doing initially. After being told the issue would take 3 days to fix, then having to leave my car for another 4 days, 2 days etc. rob also told me to pick up my car and that it was good to drive when the brakes weren’t working and the ignition barely started! Do not recommend. You will waste your time and your money - he just fixes random little issues in your car and makes you pay a fortune before even starting to look at the issue you went to him for.

Been here a few times with two cars. Rob is very knowledgeable but also very strong on the religion/clive palmer/UAP/conspiracies which can make conversations there very uncomfortable - just want to stick to the car talk!He also struggled to diagnose a cracked a hose - took the car three times and he kept saying it was a sensor / electrical problem. Took it to an auto elec on Robs recommendation only for the auto elec to replace the broken hose. Rob never looked under the bonnet, just used the computer diagnosis!

Excellent service. Always a pleasure to have Rob servicing the vehicles.

I called Rob up the day before to get an esafety check and not only did he find space for me, he still did the check after I was 45min late. The guy’s a legend, highly recommended

We came in a couple weeks back on a Friday with a clutch that was fried, we were in a pinch because we were off out the country by Monday, he had our car done in 24 hours. Fantastic bloke, broke the Labour and part cost and was fair. Really saved us on our journey and just a decent, respectable bloke.

Rob is really great, he’s very honest and reliable. Went out of his way to help even though he was really busy. Very friendly would come back!
