Typical medical receptionists, more doctor care than patient care. Won’t go out of their way to help when you’re in need when you just know the Dr would help if they could.

Horrible reception staffs, really had bad experience at all times.Rude and arrogant people whoever at the reception.No empathy towards patient.Even after blood test done 4 weeks ago, they simple say they don't have the results yet. If something wrong with the bloods, it may go unnoticed forever!.Even after reported this, they simply didn't bother to chase up the blood results.It looks like they don't care about their accountability and responsibility towards their patient. However promptly ask for their payment at each visit.What a shame! , a bunch of highly unproductive admin, nursing and reception staffs.

Extremely helpful and caring reception. Even tho the all appointments were booked they went out of their way to look at the issue and give some advice

Awesome clinic. Staff are always friendly. Doctors and nurse pay attention to detail.
