We had 2 security screen sliders put in last week. What an excellent service Osborne Flyscreens provide. They were very prompt with both a reasonable quote and installation. Less than 3 weeks after we ordered we had our doors. We are so pleased. Would recommend and use again. Very friendly efficient owner and staff.

Very good price, quick turn around and in house installation. Roland is the installer who is very experienced and has great attention to detail, especially as my doors are a little different to the normal slider. Thankyou all will use again, in fact have already put in another order.

When I first called to enquire about security doors, John who answered gave me the no nonsense, down to earth, true blue Aussie experience. He freely provided an over the phone quote with variances in case my building needed X or Y, and gave me a 2 week timeframe for completion, he invited me to call back to arrange an onsite measure if I decided to go ahead. I'd already chosen his Company from this interaction before I'd had anyone else come to measure and quote.A week (and 5 other salesmen/companies) later, Lionel came round to measure and confirmed the quote John gave accurately over the phone, there were no surprises and Lionel didn't try any of the weird or sneaky salesmen techniques the other companies gave me. He invited me to pay my deposit by internet banking after he'd left and said I'd receive a call when the screens were ready to be fitted.1 week after that, Roland arrived early enough to get straight into it but not too early that I wasn't ready for him, he fitted my screens, cleaned his mess and was effecient and polite.I'd learned Lionel and John had been business partners for over 50 years and Roland had joined their team in the 80's.They look after each other and take great care of their customers.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services.
