Lalor Clinic

I have been going here since 2008. These GPs are amazing and the original founders of the clinic are second to none (Dr Portelli my favourite). Even though I've moved suburbs away, I will still go here as the staff and doctors go out of their way and they care. They are wonderful. Clinic is always busy, obviously because of their service but they're worth the wait. Also fantastic with children. Thank you, thank you for your great service, there is no other medical centre out there like you!

Worst place ever, the girls at the front were incredibly rude made up their own rules and regulations and wouldn’t let me see a nurse and when i tried to explain to them they get defensive and tried to lecture when all i needed was a nurse

I have started seeing Dr Zraika for while now, and he is honestly of the smartest, but also most empathetic doctors out there. I have had a lot of issues ranging across different areas of health, and Dr Zraika has amazing knowledge. It helps that he used to be a pharmacist! Something that’s amazing because it gives him even more experience. From seeing Dr Zraika, my symptoms have become much better, and there has been many times where I’ve rung up desperate to speak to him, and even though he could be behind on time due to very sick patients, he always makes his best effort. This is the true example of a doctor. Doesn’t just treat you like a number. He treats you like a human being. Thank you Dr Zraika! You are a very valued member or society,

I have been going here all my life. they helped me with many things, including my asthma, hay fever, diagnosing me with a vitamin D and iron deficiency, (i believe but am not too sure about this one) and helped me with my allergies. I always go to doctor Sudan and he is a great doctor. I always go there when I need to go to a GP.

Just had an appointment with Dr Zraika for the first time and he was understanding, clear and compassionate. I then got treatment from the nurse who was amazing. She gave me a tetanus shot that I was so nervous about as they have been so painful in the past but it was completely painless. Thank you for your care - really makes a difference.

I moved to Lalor recently and wanted to get checked at Lalor clinic. I called up to book an appointment but they refused saying there are not taking any new patients unless I have visited a doctor before. How can someone visit already if they are new to the suburb? This is mind boggling and I never imagined clinics can refuse check ups in Victoria

Both my daughter and I see Dr HISAM Zraika, at Lalor and Mill Park SuperClinic . We would have to say he has been one of the most amazing , thorough and caring doctors we have ever had over the years . He takes the time to actually listen to you . He is an absolute sweetheart . Where ever he goes in time , we will always follow .

Tried to get things done here, but they aren't accepting new patients.They said I would have to go somewhere else. Did not provide a reason, just blatently stated this, did not even ask any questions.I just moved to the area recently and I am shifting things to get things done... And they just refused me because I'm not a CURRENT or PAST patient.If your life is in peril, don't go here unless you are a current patient, because they won't help you if you aren't a patient there already.Avoid at all costs!

Great and friendly staff. Im very much happy with their assistance by the staff at reception counter, nurse and doctor. Thank you so much. Good hospitality i would say.
