I took my kids for haircuts here. Loz and Shelly did an amazing job, really took their time and their suggestions were really good too. My kids haircuts are just amazing thank you lovely ladies. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the girl that did my hair doesn’t have enough knowledge of foils. I am a hairdresser of 15 years and I knew my hair. She thinks we can’t lighten up a dark natural hair to a blonde in one session and I have done it through all my career without damaging a single person’s hair. Unfortunately she said she couldn’t fix my orange roots. But she didn’t tell me she couldn’t lighten up my hair to a light blonde in one session. I’m so disappointed. I left with orange hair and no fixing.

Just had the most amazing hair cut from Shelly .She really understood what I was looking for and did it to perfection. The Salon is so relaxing and the hair basin room is an experience in itself with massaging recliner chairs, music and candles. Couldn't recommend any higher.

Zoe is an absolute star for blondes! Have been trying to find a stylist that can give me a crisp blonde without damaging my hair and finally found her. This place is a hidden gem!

Today was my first time coming in. I’ve been on a hair journey for some time now after my hair broke off from getting bleached blonde for 5 years. My hair has since been dyed dark brown. Today I got my colour touched up, a cut and a k18 treatment by Shelly. I was greeted by a team of such lovely girls and a beautiful shop. I was extremely impressed with the cut. I always thought a cut was just a cut but Shelly did such a wonderful and thorough job that I now know what a good haircut looks like! She was knowledgeable, knew what she was doing and was able to offer helpful advice. I will definitely be a new regular, so happy to have finally found a hairdresser I want to stick with. I 100% recommend, my hair looks and feels amazing!

My first time visiting after Lonique came recommended by a friend. I asked for a haircut that was shorter in the back (just above the shoulder) and longer in the front (a couple of inches below the chin), with blunt ends. Instead, I got a bob the same length all the way around that barely reaches my chin, the ends are all extremely layered instead of blunt, which in my type of hair makes my hair boof out. All the length was cut off before I could say anything. At no time was I shown what was about to be cut off and asked it that was okay. Probably the worst haircut of my life. Unfortunately, it’s so short that I can’t even pull it into a ponytail to hide it until it grows back. I should’ve said something before I left and asked for a discount but I was in shock at the completely different hairstyle from what I asked for. I’m not sure how I could’ve better communicated what I was wanting. I wouldn’t return.
