Left a message never got a return phone call

Same experience as the previous review. Tried calling them so many times. They don't respond or tell you they will call you back and never do. Waste of time.

I have never dealt with a business that a doesn't care any all bout customer service. She never takes or returns calls. I can't believe she is still in business. RUN - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Never returns phone calls. I would hate to see what the service is like!

Just for all the negative feedback, she was extremely ill and can no longer work and sold the business. She almost died trying to continue a job she loved dearly and looking after her clients. She had to stop. There is no one working in this area and has not been for more than 12 months. That’s why you never received a call you ungrateful selfish so and so’s. She was extremely professional and great at her job. Get of your high horses and remove the negative feedback. You have no idea what this poor women has gone through.

I have called them multiple times and not once have they actually came. They're either incredibly busy that it's not worth calling them anymore or have a horrible time calling back. I get connected to a lady who says I'll get a call back if they're available and they never do. I live in Springfield Lakes and it feels impossible to get service from this company. This week must of been the 3rd or 4th time calling their service over the span of a year or two and it's the same result every time. Talking based on just my personal opinion they are garbage and a waste of time. I'm not speaking for their grooming service just commenting on their appalling record of failure to get back to customers.

I have also found it impossible to get them to call back.
