Hoselink (Online Sales Only)

I've bought a few things from Hoselink over the years. The service I have received from them has been 2nd to none. I coresponded with Cleo via email. Absolutely brilliant service. If you buy hoselink, you will be looked after with any issue may have!

A huge thank you to Matilda from Hoselink. We had a 30m reel the self destructed internally after 2 years, well out of warranty, so I pulled it apart and and sent Hoselink some photos just to see if they knew what had caused it. They responded saying they hadn’t seen that happen before and were sending us a replacement because in their view “that should not happen”. Now that’s really supporting your customers. I'm blown away with their amazing service. I purchased a reel when moving house and it took me around 2 years to get around to putting it in and using it. There was a small faulty part which I emailed them about. Hoselink responded straight away and have sent a complete new reel. Free of charge. Just amazing and brilliant to deal with.

Wonderful customer service! Friendly and helpful letting me know where to find information (loads of helpful videos online).Also they hold true to their guarantee - my handheld sprayer didn't seem to be working and they replaced it no problems.

Bought a 30m hose and assorted fittings, as a Xmas gift for a family member.From the get-go, everything was great. The online ordering process was simple and efficient, and customer service and communications were excellent. (Two thumbs up to Ryan, who went above-and-beyond to ensure I received all my items when one of my parcels was missing in transit.)We've been using the hose ever since, and it, the fittings, and various attachments, all seem very sturdy and work well. There's not a leak in sight. Now, only time will tell how durable and long-lasting they will be.

Add me to the group of fans. We bought 4 hi-flow reels 3-4 years ago and accessories. They are all going great except one seemed to have a problem recoiling. I tried all the self-help videos and finally took a video of ours and emailed it in. A couple of days later I get response saying that while they are out of warranty it is a very rare/unusual problem I am having so they will replace it free (I pay delivery). I like supporting companies that treat customers well without having to be dragged into assisting so I decided I wanted to try some of the solar lights out and added them to the invoice. I was then told I don't have to pay delivery on the reel anymore because I had bought items totalling over $100 and they would add the reel to my shopping order and deliver it free.This is precisely where other stores might take 'opportunity' over customer service. Hoselink could have still said the reel delivery is $30 and fair enough. Instead, they have a lifelong customer who is an advocate for their service and products.

I keep buying Hoselink hose and solar light products for two very obvious reasons: the quality of their products (and product design) is absolutely superb. You know you've made the right choice as soon as you open the box. And the only thing better than that is their customer support and after-sales service. I wish every company behaved like this one. They have truly nailed it! Hat tipped.

I am new additional fan from all the good reviews! Speedy delivery! Good quality products, clear instructions and guidance for the products.I have bought few Solar lights and garden hose and one of the light has stop working after six months. Emailed them and did couple of testing but unsuccessful made the light work. They immediately arrange the replacement.You want to spend your money worthwhile, buy from Hoselink!

I have the hi-flow 30m hose reel and its been working flawlessly for over 7 years. I recently ordered some new connectors and a watering gun. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong type for my hose and the lovely customer service person that took my call was kind enough to replace all of my order free of charge. Now that is customer service!! I very rarely leave reviews but this is not the first time I have experienced such fantastic after care service. Well Done Hoselink so felt compelled to say thanks!
