McGraths Hill Carpet Court

This has been the 3rd time we've used Mcgraths Hill Carpet Court for floorings. Carpet in 2 separate homes and just recently installed Pryzm Hybrid Flooring. From the initial measure and quote to the installation, Brendon and team have been extremely helpful and professional, well priced and overall a fantastic experience.

Having lino put down in kitchen, service during ordering was good, staff member attended home to check measurements which was good. Will further review after floor is finished.

The professional, friendly, caring team at Carpet Court has had us return to them on 5 separate occasions. The last time was just recently when we bought vinyl flooring for our newly renovated kitchen. From the moment Sean came to measure up, through the selection process with Trish and Alex, the final installation work with Peter and the follow up from Brendan we were impressed with the service, knowledge and professionalism of the team. They are not only good at what they do but they are patient and friendly and take the time to help and guide you throughout the whole process. We have moved on from concrete tiles to Karndean loose lay vinyl tiles and are super impressed with the result. Peter took the floor from old glue on wood and cement surfaces to a smooth sanded surface and then laid the tiles. See the 3 photos. Amazing transformation! Thank you Carpet Court

Installed a floor and ruined the jobI have made contact atleast 5 times and Brendon the principle either doesnt take my call, doesnt return my call or gives excuses why he can't repair, I believe he owns the marsden park store as well we are soon to go down the track of fair tradingMy advice would be to purchase or get floor install from anywhere else. They were happy to take our money up front and now we are left with a substandard job and they have our money (25k)I only put 1 star because they don't have a lesser option

A seamless experience from the team at Carpet Court, in particular Trish who was so helpful to me from the start right up to the end. I walked into the store with my finishes schedule and didn't even know where to begin. She had so much information to share with me and i felt very much at ease knowing that she was literally holding my hand the whole way throughout the process. From walking into the store, to dealing with the installers, everyone was so helpful and accommodating which makes the process so much more enjoyable. And no question is a stupid question!We love our carpet so much! Thanks again for everything, we really appreciate it :)

What a breeze to get my carpets chosen and installed. Such a great team at this store and a delight to work with. Fast and smooth process all around. And our guests always comment of how beautiful the carpet is to walk on!Winning

Initially I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do on my stairs, just needed some carpet as the dog was slipping and didn’t want him to get hurt. Estimator who attended to quote was happy to provide a few suggestions and feedback based off similar jobs. Changed my plan based on this feedback and so glad I did. Staff in store were knowledgeable on stock and we were able to take some samples to look at home. Extremely happy with the carpet we ended up with and the installation was fantastic.

McGraths Hill Carpet Court were great to deal with from the initial quotation through to the installation. The pricing was very competitive, the customer service was impressive (they actually answer the phone and respond to emails quickly) and the carpet itself is perfect. Our walls had just been freshly painted and the installers managed to be careful not to leave any scuff marks. Highly recommend this company.
