Bought king gee on 29th august. $180Within the week water was leaking through the soul into the socks.Returned them for full refund on 14th September 16 days later. What I’m not happy with is being told that because I work at McDonald’s the shoes are not made for that work environment scrubbing the floors. (I never said I scrubbed the floors). I said “These boots are bought by trade workers that are out side in weather conditions should Atleast be some what water resistant.Nikita tho very polite said none of the boots are water Proof apart from the gumboots (again I never said water proof) and that she will do an exchange for me this time but next time”I said no I want a full refund.I have friend that works at the Chermside location and she told me that all leather boots have acid and water resistance and no matter what work I’m doing, if it’s leaking after a week then it would of been a faulty products and she should of treated it as such and not try and put the blame on me.The customer that spent $180

The staff went above and beyond to help me with getting what I needed.Easy, accessible parking right at the door. Great selection of work clothes and boots. Pleasant experience.

New owners have decided to not put prices on their products meaning it’s either an ambush at the checkout or constantly asking staff. How can one reasonably compare products without pricing? I was shopping here regularly but will now go elsewhere

Good range, space to move around in the store, I felt comfortable browsing there. There’s absolutely no organisation to the location of each item type though. Decent quality brands, reasonable prices.

Walked in the lovely young lady showed me my options in rain jackets. Got my size and away I went no stuffing around. And they do great name embroidery on bags and clothing.
