Very good was told to arrive 30 mins early before my appointment which I did and only had to wait about 15 mins if that. All straight forward process. Everyone else I see complaining on here looks like they need to better manage their time its not their fault if you arrive late. I was also told the cost wasn't covered under Medicare or would get any rebate so I was happy to pay the out of pocket as my GP also told me it was going to be out of pocket. Hence why you should always have some savings for things like these.

I can only recommend people not to attend this practice. Based on their assurance my results would be provided to my treating physiotherapist, I made an appointment and travelled to Sydney. I then find out the results and report did not arrive as promised.Upon contacting Hunter Imaging they maintain the results were sent, however they have no proof they were sent and no confirmation the results were received by the physiotherapist treating me.Speaking with a supervisor by the name of Leanne, I was met with a totally could not care attitude.$800.00 for a report that never arrived.Find another imaging group.

Terrible experience. I was told over the phone before my ultrasound that there would be a fee of $250 and I asked about a Medicare rebate and was advised there would be one. I then had my scan and was told after the fact that the $250 *included* the Medicare rebate. Even though this was an error on their part, there was no attempt to rectify the issue and I walked out $250 out of pocket. Zero empathy shown.

They tell you to arrive THIRTY MINUTES prior to your appointment, lord knows why because then you end up sitting there for over an hour past your appointment time anyway.There's absolutely no sense of urgency here and they have no consideration for the fact people have other places to be
