The staff was rude, I asked can you pack the foot long into two packs she said no it’s already packed even she just started packing it. The food quality is not good at all it’s not fresh, condition of cucumber is disgusting.

Very poor customer service by the girl who served me in the morning, I reached there 7:35am, it was written open she said that it will take her 30 minutes to organise I said I was okay with that, later she said that fresh breads will take at least 60 minutes, there are leftovers from last night, I think she reads did not want to serve me but I agreed to get whichever bread was there, when I came to her again at 8, she was in the kitchen doing stuff and not focusing on the customer, I would request someone to teach her a bit of customer service.

It looks like we are asking sandwiches for free. The staffs’ faces are like we have robbed them when ask to put desirable salad and sauce. Every time we go there we want to get out. Asking an extra item looked like we committed a crime. Not good service and not good style of serving too. Will avoid going to this branch from now.

Today I have visited to the subway and I got service from Diljot Kaur. Subway was very taste and she is so friendly. Thanks for a meal and I will visit again to have subway from her only ..10/10 from my side

The food is always good but it often takes 15 mins to get served. Too many trainees on at once that make so many mistakes every day

Average Subway. Be careful of the drain grate covering in the car park out of the shop which is broken / missing and has been for a long time. People keep putting milk crates in there as a warning, but if you don't see them (as I guess has happened several times given the milk crates are all crushed) you'll end up damaging your car.
