Ordinary. Sold me wrong part despite part showing to be different to Catalog, but they sold it to me anyway. Then I had to drive all way back next day to get a refundgetting a refund was an unusual process.Then I was promised I would get a call next day from their rep to organise ordering correct part, but never called.
