Been here several times for routine screen and other health issues. Dr David and Ahalya have always been very professional and helpful. They’re always very informative and patient to answer questions. Dr James is my new GP due to some staff changes last year. He is also very thorough and patient. I always feel that I’m being taken care of. By far the best doctors I’ve had in Melbourne.

I reluctantly write this review, as I don't want anything to change, nor do I want them to become to busy. However, they have been incredible. Everything you could ask for in a GP. The entire team are friendly, professional, knowledgable, and then some. Keep up the awesome work.

This clinic took me in during a time when other specialised clinics were turning people away. They are incredibly nice and understanding and Dr Sell is an absolute legend. Much love!

What's up with the wait times? I get that clinics rarely run on time, and it's usually for good reason, but just about every time I make an appointment, I'm waiting for AT LEAST half an hour after the initial appointment time.Of course, the one time I showed up 10 minutes late, I was met with curtness from Max, but then, he's always awfully curt with me.It almost feels like they're conspiring against me; seems like every time I'm always seeing people coming in for their appointments after me, being seen before me, and coming out before I've been called

I just visited their Pride Centre clinic and had a fantastic experience. I booked over the phone since this was my first appointment. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.The GP was very courteous and friendly too. Thank you for keeping such a fantastic clinic running.A notice in the clinic said that they will be offering medicare rebates (and bulk billing for a subset of customers only) starting Feb 1st 2022

Fantastic admin staff are always friendly and helpful even when very busy. Medical team I have seen are all professional and patient focused. The most comfortable I have ever felt at a Doctor.

The centre clinic is related to Thorne Harbour Health. And unlike other popular clinics in Melbourne that are specialised for LGBTQ community, like North Side clinic and Prahran Clinic, it is free and accept Medicare and bulk billing. Yet it is at highest standards with great doctors.They are not just specialised in HIV and std/sti, but also has GP's and everything else.

Even during business hrs the phone is on this long winded message. Reception staff don’t pick up the phone. Only to find out they closed at 11am Fri 9th.Dec. No sign when I visited Wednesday saying closing early Friday. Wanted my pathology results. It was a serious infection and needed confirmation that after pathology I was on right drugs. Not good enough. And my appointment was on the previous Wed was 12.50. I was told a 1 -2pm was lunch and an appointment with nurse for bloods etc would be made at 2pm. I arrived 2pm and told receptionI had a 2pm with nurse. After 1/2 hr wait I approached reception again (different person) and told my appointment was 2.30…I got in at 2.45pm. The 1st reception person didn’t bother telling me that. A lot of stuffing around. I’ll ring Sat morning. Just hope their advertised hrs are correct and the aren’t closed then too. And guess what. They were closed.It’s just not good enough.
