LPE you’re an absolute disgrace !! The way you have treated your customers that you’re trying to “ditch off” has been nothing short of comeplte amateur hour & despicable !! Your CEO clearly is inadequate, unqualified & has absolutely no concept of managing out of a problem in an ethical, respectful & customer timely manner without treating the humans & businesses that used to pay his salary like pieces of garbage. I truly hope you all feel the effects of karma & we see LPE disintegrate rapidly. Pathetic !!

If I could give a 0 I would was going through domestic violence. This company made me go back to the abuser and ask him to sort out his old bill so I could get power. DONT USE this company.

Anything but honest. LPE withdrew from NSW and ended supplying my energy. The last bill I received was an estimate and was a great deal higher than my normal bills, more than twice as much. I called to ask why they estimated my final bill and the response I was given was “don’t worry, if we’ve over estimate your bill, it will come off your first bill with your next provided as it goes off the meter reading”.. I stupidly paid this bill, a fair few hundred dollars more than it should have been, only to discover that my next bill meter reading started at zero and my new energy provided said this was normal with my meter type… Shame on LPE. I’ll be telling all of my Qld family and friends who use LPE still about this experience. That’s straight up theft of my hand earned money.

Absolute joke. Lost a good deal to another supplier to go with these guys. Then I get an email warning to change supplier asap as they can’t keep their side of the deal? “Go local?” The only thing this company has done is waste my time, didn’t save me money as promised. Disappointing service to say the least.“We strongly recommend that you seek an alternative supplier immediately to avoid extremely high electricity bills”

This company just rips people off. 1 bill I received for 23 days. 1 person that goes to work. $77.76. Next bill was for 35 days. I was away and only home for 18 days. Bill $107.85. When I rang to ask about difference, was told no idea. Total waste of a phone call. May as well have been chatting to a computer. Unable to change companies as they own the meters in building and no one else will take me on because of that factor.

Cannot contact anyone, after 3 weeks and 3 emails with a auto reply of someone will contact you shortly. Also after paying the bill in full send another bill for a RERT charge which has never appeared on previous bills. Dodgy brothers incorporated. I also know someone who was in the final stages of going solar after a big advertising campaign a few month ago with this mob and they cannot speak to anyone either. So much for supporting local...I am so annoyed that I recommended this electricity company to everyone I know.

Really wanted to support local, Started off as a great experience was easy to deal with and connect but then went all down hill from there. Arrived at my new home to find out on the day I was moving in that they could no longer connect my electricity and reasoning was change in cost so then I was stuck without power while trying to move in with zero help was anyone at the company! Took over a week for someone to get back to me with a pathetic phone call with zero care. Told me in three weeks they could offer me an account would never recommend this company to anyone!! So disappointing.

I never signed up with this company, but they sent out a bill pre-dating us moving in, we informed them of this multiple times but the only parrot response was sign up then we can fix it" Apparently

Amazing - Old School service and advice, from Aussies that answer the phone within 30seconds.Easy to chat with and always offer the best deals up front. You don’t have to break up with them to get offered a better deal.Josh just assisted me today and was fantastic reviewing 3 of my accounts and getting me the latest offers to save me time and money. Also organising me consult for solar in our body corp units with possibly no up front cost.Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates REAL service and good value.Well done LPE
