Megasealed South Coast Leaking Shower, Shower Sealing, Waterproofing and Tiling

Ian and the Megasealed team, in a few hours cleaned and re-grouted our bathroom shower. The quality of the re-grouting is exceptional and they left the bathroom clean and ready for service. Very happy. Thankyou.

Replaced shower floor and only 1 row of wall tiles and DID NOT l repeat DID NOT WATERPROOF. Take photos of their work every few minutes. Before they grouted l could see timber wall studs, l have photos of it. I am 67 year old female and l believe l was ripped off by this no company.Megasealed was recommended by my building inspector and just read another post saying almost the same thing, l am now wondering if they might be all related ( family) just wondering. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Back when we initially used Ian Pollard & his team to seal our two showers, we were extremely impressed with every aspect of the operation. A very friendly & courteous staff & the Installer arrived on time, did a great job & left the site clean & tidy. It was wonderful to have a Company do everything as we expected & at a reasonable cost, considering the work & materials used. However, over the past year or two ... mainly due to the dry conditions we have been experiencing in our part of Australia ... our house has settled just a tad. Recently we noticed that, besides slight cracks appearing in the corners of the cornice, there was an area of the Megaseal where a hairline ‘fracture’ had occurred & we were worried that the water seal may have been compromised. We called Ian & he came straight out to inspect it. Although the problem was not a result of faulty material, or poor installation, Ian agreed to have someone come back & reseal both showers for us ... at no cost. The official warranty had expired, but Ian said that he liked to stand by his product & workmanship. How refreshing is this for after-sales service in this day & age?! Travis came the next day and he did another great job & again left everything clean & tidy. We would like to thank Ian & his team for their efforts & although we never usually write referrals like this, we wanted to share our experience & say that we would have no hesitation in recommending Ian Pollard & Megaseal to anyone considering their services. A top Company for sure!

Megasealed NSW south coast. Unprofessional, deceptive, one of the most frustrating tradie experiences ive had. What they advertise and what they deliver are total opposite. Dont bother complaining, they dont respond. Do yourself a favour and just hire a tiler in the first place....
