The team at Genius Forrestfield have always been accommodating and provide a loving home environment to all the children and families. I have been at this centre now for nearly 6 years. The management team are always willing to help which is great to see.

Very caring educators who share updates with you via the Xplor app during the day (which it’s awesome helps us anxious parents)My son loves attending.Educators are great and like to get to know your child individually. I love how the educators ask each morning if there is anything they need to know, any changes etc.It’s great that my son gets treated as a person not just a number. I have been coming to the Centre on and off for 9 years now and have loved seeing all the changes that have been made in the rooms recently (painting, new toys, amazing outdoor play areas) this is a great centre in which I recommend to my family and friends.

Not happy, carers are busy chatting and don't actually seem to be minding. Children are snotty and soiled, can't be bothered to clean their faces! My child was treated very coldly since we came close to closing time . On two occasions we were stuck in traffic and came after 6pm, they seemed very unhappy the first time around and second time they threatened to call the police. Isn't the rule to charge for the child per minute after 6pm. ? We were happy to pay. Took my child out the next day.

My son has been attending geniuses Forrestfield childcare centre for few months now. And he loves it he always looks forward to going there every morning to see his best friends. The staff are amazing people and always helpful my number 1 choice daycare centre

The centre and utilities are great, their vacation care is probably the best in the area. However their handling of accounts is dismal. My 2 children attended the centre for 6 years, and I had constant issues with the amount they were deducting out of my account. Unfortunately it didn't matter how many times I addressed the issue, nothing ever improved. We stayed for so long due to some of the amazing staff, however they have all left too now and work at other centres.

Very helpful and friendly staff at Genius Forrestfield. Very flexible bookings, my daughter has been going there last 8 years. She loves it there.

Lovely daycare. Highly recommended. Staff are always very attentive and responsive. Educators are all very loving and caring. My baby always seems happy being there.

My 3yo daughter loves her time here, she loves the staff, talks about them and the things she does during the day. It is comforting to be able to send her knowing she is at ease and enjoys her days.

Excellent facility and OSCH Room. Staff, 10/10 - its wonderful to see the team focus on the well-being and concern of others, including my daughter. As well as, keeping us (parents) informed of any changes at the centre. Highly recommended

My son has been attending Genius for the last 18 months and we have been so happy with the love and care he has received while there. They are always quick to welcome him when we arrive, keep me updated throughout the day and give a comprehensive rundown of the day at pick up. The premises is always well kept and communications with parents is great! There is a low turn over of staff which is always a sign of happy educators which is also very comforting that he is with the same people each week.
