Carpet Call Campbelltown

Salesperson was good and thorough upon initial measure and quote. We paid the deposit within a few days and booked in a time for installation. The week before installation was to be completed, I called Carpet Call to confirm and they had no details of this booking or payment. We had also negotiated a better price than the quote and carpet call did not honour this saying there was no details of this negotiation. We paid the full price as we needed installation ASAP. Flooring installers were friendly and quick, however, there was significant damage to the walls. When we discussed this with carpet call they tried to blame it on our skirting board installer and then ceased communication with us and wouldn't return calls. I would not recommend this company.

Carpet call Campbeltown provide the worst service. They have little to no knowledge of the products they are selling. The manager and State Manager are extremely rude and unable to address any issues with my purchase. I have now needed to take legal action to resolve my issue. I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this store or company

A few months back, Sam came out to do a measure and quote on a Sunday. Gave us a quote verbally and said he'd send us a quote that week via email. We never received the quote. I texted him a couple of weeks later asking for the quote, he said he'd send it - never did. I tried one more time a couple of weeks later to get a response and the quote - nothing. We ended up getting someone else to do the job.

Where do I start from finish the team at Campbelltown carpet call were outstanding!I spoke with Sam and his product knowledge was second to none and even better he helped me select the colours of the flooring throughout the home. Sam you did an amazing job and I’ll recommend carpet call to all my friends and family thank you so much!!!

Flooring was nice the damage left behind wasn't. Have called to discuss a few times. Was told I'd be contacted back and still nothing 7 weeks later*EDITED***CHANGE FROM 1 STAR TO 4 FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE**After posting my review I was contacted a few days later by someone from Carpet Call (not the campbelltown store)They arranged to send someone out to fix the problems I had from the installation. Within 3 weeks all was sorted out, easy fixes too.Even though I am super happy with the product, it was shocking I had to resort to a bad review online to finally get the solution I had been trying for weeks to get privately.

Felt welcomed to the store even though it was a small job. Great advice and very helpful. Quote and measure excellent. Helpful with colour choice. Carpet was laid on time with no mess from very friendly guys. I'd highly recommend Carpet Call.
