Called Autobarn Bendigo and spoke with a delightful lady (never got her name) She was super helpful but I was not going to get to the store online. I ordered parts click and collect and got someone to pick up the product I ordered. I put my rego into the website to ensure I was getting the right parts. Only to get them home and discover they didn't fit. Seriously what is the point of the whole putting in your rego if its not going to be right anyway. Very dissatisfied.

Very helpful staff, needed very small screws for my motorhome window deflector, they had a thorough look then ordered a packet for me. They arrived and were exactly what I needed. Friendly phone call when they arrived. Thankyou. So nice not to be treated like a dumb woman lol.

Went in knowing nothing with intent to get a full speaker system for my car and had Hayden serve me. Hayden was extremely helpful and patient with me. Explained everything really well and considered my wants and needs perfectly

Great service from a bunch of fun loving friendly staff

I was staying at a friend's and needed to remount the MaxTrax on the missus 4X4 .It's Easter long weekend here in Bendigo so parking is pretty hit and miss.I was able to find what I needed and some tools as well which were on special ( yeah baby) but the only thing they didn't have was an end cover for the roof rack ( which I forgot when we left home ) .I must add the young fellah went out of his way to see if it was in stock and the store was quite busy.Great service and great staff.

Good service experienced with a well stocked variety of Automotive items and accessories to choose from.. But BEWARE " VERY disappointed with follow up of Placed ordersFrom there Warehouse system..I ordered the piece on the 31st of March &Knowing it.. one of 11 in stock.was available should have taken 3 days for delivery...But I am still waiting. & Now being the 15th of April . I hopefull may receive a phone call to say it has arrived on the 18th Tuesday. POSSIBLY .in APRIL. ???I personally find this very unacceptable from such a Big Company Australia Wide..So beware.. and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else..I am looking to a response from the Management of this Company(not Necessarily the particular Store .)As I ordered the product a week before Easter & was expecting to be able to use it over the Easter Holiday period...Let's see what happens...???To rectify this issueThen will inform you all.. of the result.To be continued...18th April
