Sunbury Sawasdee Siam Thai Massage

I cannot recommend Sawasdee Siam Thai Massage more highly. Every single Therapist has their own specialty and it makes for many different experiences. And they’re all great! The girls are very respectful and always check that they are looking after you the way you need at the time; checking for problem areas, how firm you prefer your treatment to be etc. To top it off you are always offered a lovely cup of Thai tea afterwards - plus checking with you that your massage was to your liking. Do yourself a favour and give them a go!

Booked in for a 60 minute combination massage, when I arrived for my appointment the lady on reception tried to convince me to opt for another option which was less time but seem to cost more as she said it was focusing on pain areas. Anyway after a hard time trying to understand her, turns out she was the one doing my massage. She talked incessantly about anything, asked me personal questions, poked, prodded and then kept walking off/out the room, which was freezing cold so I asked for the heater. It wasn’t relaxing and it was far from any type of Thai massage. To top it off, the hot towels were smelly and she tried pressing it over my eyes/face, so gross, I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Waste of time & money!

Was alright, if you book in you will find that you don't have to wait long, nice people though

ZERO stars. A woman greeted me after me standing at the desk for a few mins ringing the bell- she was watching a movie with headphones on in the corner of a room with her back to the door in a chair. Massage room was freezing. I had a pregnancy massage- No towels were given to me until I requested that I use a towel as a wedge for my belly as I was very uncomfortable. She kept reminding me that a “back correction” was extra $20 but she’ll do it for free and didn’t ask if I was ok to use tiger balm as I’m preg- she just put it on. Also used SO much baby oil and wiped each section off with tissues that she threw on the floor. I have never walked out of a massage before but I did that day it was literally the worst massage I’ve ever had. No technique at all- it was one big slippery rub going from back to arm to both feet to back to arm….? My whole back was exposed while she did my arm to add to how cold I was. She massaged me for 20 mins but said it was 30 mins - I didn’t bother to ask for that extra $20 refund I just got half of the money back and left. So I ended up paying $65 for a 20 min slippery baby oil rub in a freezing uncomfortable room. NEVER AGAIN.

Worst massage ever with gloves and rub down with baby oil. Lady isn’t qualified to offer massage services. Do not waste your money here.

Best massage I've had in a long time! I am very picky with where I go but Sawasdee Siam Thai Massage never fails to impress me. I came back here for the 3rd time and this time I got a hot stone massage. I wish I got this treatment sooner because the hot stone with the massage is amazing! It's been so cold these days the hot stone was worth every cent. All my muscular aches and pains gone. Planning to get myself the hot stone again in the cold winter months.

My husband kindly bought me a voucher for a massage here for my birthday. I opted for the 90 minute combination deep tissue and relaxation massage. The website on the voucher does not exist. I had to go in to the shop to find out what their options were. That was a frustrating start. Also they don't have their address anywhere on the voucher card.The massage itself started with a sort of poking and prodding, using plastic gloves. Perhaps that's a requirement for Covid-19? It was horrible. I guess that was the deep tissue part. Then there was some gentle rubbing, primarily of my legs, which I guess was the relaxation part.Towards the end I was forced to listen to a sales pitch about special offers and different massage modalities. Not exactly relaxing!I will not be going back.

Worst 1 hr massage. Had a warm massage bed so 1 star. Wore gloves which felt awful, plus the rustling of them on my skin was unnerving. Masseuse talked the entire time upselling their “buy 10, get one free - or discounted depending on your choice” talked about her kids and grandkids, picked out my tattoos and told me stories of her friends that’s like similar things.. the list goes on. I just wanted to relax and get rid of some aches. I got an expensive discussion and a rustling rub down with baby oil.

If there was a Zero star, I would use that.I went there with my wife and asked for deep tissue for myself and a combination for my wife. Started off with a LOT of oil and with very soft massage. My wife asked her masseuse if the Combination massage included some strong aspect to it but the masseuse ignored her. My wife then asked for a deep tissue and said that she will pay the extra so the masseuse was okay but then started applying pressure in a very quick and hard way which was very uncomfortable for my wife. She then didn't focus on any muscle tension as if she was inexperienced and had no clue what she was doing. For my masseus, he had long nails and was definitely NOT doing deep tissue as the pressure was too soft. They put so much oil and were removing it after finishing each part of the body (wasting time) with TISSUES. We both felt like we asked for a deep exfoliation instead of a deep tissue massage.When we finished, she asked us for extra $10 not $5 and she would not take feedback about the massage.Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend at all.
