Mick has provided my family great service for many years. He's kind and easy to talk to, and always does a good job on our cars. Very happy with the service by all his staff. Highly recommended and will be back!

I dropped my MK3 Octavia for a scheduled service and I had nothing but problems. They broke the glovebox damper during the service and argued they never did it. A simple google search would have showed them how to remove it. They put an aftermarket washer on the old sump plug to save a few bucks and the car was leaking pool of oil everyday. Took it twice to them to fix it. First time they simply tightened the plug without replacing it. The second time they were not happy to see me and wanted me to leave the car for a day to replace the sump plug. They were very arrogant and especially the African guy there was very abusive. I had to take my car back without fixing it and decided never to visit that place again. Now, I have to visit the dealership to replace the glovebox damper and the sump plug. I never had such issues with any other mechanics before. Mistakes happen, the difference between good and bad service is how they deal with their mistakes. Honestly I would have given them zero stars if possible. Stay away from this business. It is run by a bunch muppets.

Excellent service and advice. I needed to replace the water pump of my Tiguan and the vehicle was ready at the promised time. No complications thereafter. Reasonable charges. Highly recommend.

Mick and the guys at Veedub and Euro centre, do a great job, with fair prices and always have the replaced parts to explain the work done and why a failure happened. This is one of very few mechanics my wife will walk into and feel like she can get helped without being spoken down to, or worse lied too..We have been customers of this business for over 5 years...

The only place to go if you want the job done right the first time. Highly recommend if you have a VW or Skoda.

I have been taking my Amarok to Mick over the years with excellent service and workmanship undertaken on the car each time. Now I have my new Touareg, and today took it to mick for its first service and got another excellent quality service on the vehicle. Great local business

Been here a few times with no issues. Last time I put my Golf in for a simple service I was told the front pads need replacing. Within a week I needed to change a wheel but the lock nut was missing. I asked about it and they had no idea where they put it. After several attempts to get it sorted they washed their hands of the matter. Not impressed. Seems like they're shooting themselves in the foot as repeat business over the years would have recouped the cost to them...

I came to Mick for a timing belt replacement, there was a complication which Mick and the team went above and beyond to rectify and sort out a resolution. He was very transparent, and Honest and did the utmost to fix the issue and get me back on the road with my car fixed. Thank you Mick for doing the right thing.
