Called Sylvia last minute looking for an appointment and she booked me in straight away. Could not have been more impressed! Was such a calming and relaxing experience. She explained everything and was extremely meticulous with her work. Could not recommend more! I jumped online straight after my appointment because I was so impressed. Would give 10/5 stars if I could!

Sylvia is certainly a Waxing Ninja but oh so gentle and caring. Very clean, skilled, professional, friendly and the waxing bed is so comfortable that I have to keep chatting so I don’t fall asleep during waxing. I get everything waxed and afterwards I feel relaxed and refreshed.Thanks Sylvia you are awesome.

It was my first time waxing, and Sylvie provided a thorough explanation before proceeding with the waxing process. She displayed exceptional professionalism and skill in her work. The establishment maintained a high level of cleanliness and hygiene. I 100% recommend this business and will certainly return in the future.

Five stars just doesn’t seem quite high enough for the amazing service Sylvia provides at Waxing Ninja. I’ve been a client of hers for a few years now and the quality of her work and facilities is by far the best going around - I’ve moved all around Melbourne since I started seeing her and irregardless of where I’ve been I’ve still driven back to see Sylvia because of how great she is! While her waxing skills are out of this world, the best part of being a client of Sylvia’s is that she is so nice and genuinely cares about her clients and what’s going on in their lives. If I mention something to her she will follow up with me the next time I see her which is at least a month later and I’m always amazed by how she remembers the little things! If you’re in the market for a new waxer you will not look further if you give Waxing Ninja a go!

Sylvia has her own small salon that is so professional, clean and calming. She has so much experience in craft and that’s very clear when she waxed me today. She was so informative about the process, the science behind it all and the steps I should take to ensure proper aftercare. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service and I will absolutely be referring her to all of my friends.

Sylvia was close by and a new salon for me where Sylvia was able to fit me in last second, and I couldn't have been more impressed. She was informative, the area was clean and professional, she asked questions, she's a funny sweet woman clearly dedicated to giving you a good experience and service. The bed was soft and comfortable, I could've fallen asleep, there was a movie playing, Sylvia was very thorough and I couldn't have been happier with what I got. I'll definitely be back, even if only for the company and movies
