Bought Size 5 EMU Australia Shoreline Waterproof Black covers to -5 deg. Fantastic and worth every cent. No more foot or leg cramps for me any more. Staff were brilliant got a small size foot, perfect fit with excellant customer service. Thanks very much for such a fantastic boot.

Absolutely love going into this shop.Most people think that they only sell ugg boots and stuffed animalsWrongStep inside this store and the beautiful saleslady will help you so much.I bought some lavender Balm from here and the lady went all out to give me some samples to give to my elderly people in care forYou can find lots of goodies in this store and couldn't fault the service.Check it out you will be surprised with what you find.

brought my daughter a pair of skinnys ankle boots worn 3 times all the stitching come un done and then the right foot started.buckling over i asked them for my money back and they said no its not the boot its the way your daughter walks!! none of her other shoes are lile this! disgusting attitude, also had to wait 4 days to talk to a manager! and not worth the money at all very upset with their service might as well gone to kmart and brought the cheaper ones would have saved myself alot of money!!

Went shopping at Skinnys at Capalaba last week for the first time. My client with a disability wanted a pair of slippers and we thought we would get a proper pair!.We were assisted so thoroughly and thoughtfully by the two ladies present.The time and effort they spent making sure my mate Nick got exactly what he wanted was so much appreciated.They enabled Nick to experience and complete the shopping process ie select the item, select the colour, try the item on (huge achievement) complete the purchase.Nick did it all!!!Ladies I didn't get your names at the time. I sincerely apologise. I just want to say thank you again, you enabled someone to achieve and succeed at something they set out to do that day with your of input and assistance it gave Nick shopping independence.As for the UGG boots, awesome quality and Nick says very comfortable.He's been showing everyone.

I picked up some cute, soothing soft toys for my preps to use in class. I'll be back to grab an Akubra and new Uggs. The customer service lady was very helpful and cheerful. A lovely shop with loads of 'Australiana' gifts.

Twice now they have lied to me. And I'm still down $220.if you can't do what you said you are going to do. Don't say anything at all. They told me to come in today, they are closed when I got there. I paid 30$ for an uber to get hear.

Very small cramped store but some good novel items for gifts etc. Liked the range of hats and sheep skin rugs, which are great for sitting on in this heat.
